Researchers Identify Brain Region Associated With Feeling Full After Eating

Satiety after a meal is healthy and normal, but what causes that feeling is complicated. Research led by UArizona NSCS associate professor, Dr. Haijiang Cai has identified a brain region and neural circuitry that mediates the feeling of being full, helping scientists better target drugs to treat eating disorders or manage weight.
