With a goal of promoting collaborations, the annual BIO5 Research & Innovation Showcase highlights novel research supported and cultivated by the BIO5 Institute and performed by BIO5 faculty members and trainees. All University of Arizona faculty, staff, and students, as well as community members, are welcome to attend. 

You can learn more about some of the exciting solutions university colleagues and mentors are working on to solve societal problems that reflect the broad range of BIO5’s interdisciplinary research scope, including projects in progress. 

The BIO5 Postdoctoral Fellows will present their projects in both short talks and during the poster presentation.

Open to all University of Arizona faculty, students and staff 

Join us for the BIO5 Research & Innovation Showcase to learn about work that reflects the broad range of BIO5’s interdisciplinary research scope, including projects in progress by the 2025 BIO5 Postdoctoral Fellows cohort. Attendees can also learn about potential collaborations and opportunities to join the fellowship.

Refreshments will be provided.

Poster Check-in and Hang up | 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.   

Lightning Talks | 2:30 - 3:15 p.m.

Poster Session and networking | 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. 

This Research & Innovation Showcase poster session is open for all investigators who have received research funds from BIO5, fulfilling the obligation to present research progress to the community.  We also encourage the participation of students, faculty and investigators within the greater U of A research community who want to present their research and collaborate among peers. 

Register and submit your poster by Friday October 10.
