Naomi Kolodisner

Naomi Kolodisner is a front desk student assistant at the BIO5 Institute and a biosystems engineering major at the University of Arizona. She supports policy and procedure documentation, building roster updates, event and building map creation, and onboarding support for students and staff.

She helps ensure BIO5’s policy documentation and internal resources remain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to researchers and the broader community. She also supports fellow student employees as they learn front desk processes and adapt to new or updated policies.

Drawing on her communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and systems-focused perspective, she approaches her work with adaptability and clarity. This allows her to respond effectively to evolving policies and communicate changes across the front desk team and the institute.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, she contributes to maintaining a welcoming and well-informed first point of contact for visitors, researchers, and students.

She enjoys helping researchers and students find the information and resources they need to succeed.
