Student Industry Networking
Working with the BioIndustry Organization Southern Arizona (BIOSA), the BIO5 Institute has successfully connected hundreds of U of A students with representatives from the Arizona bioscience industry each February.
Undergraduate and graduate students in life sciences, medicine, chemistry, engineering, computer and information sciences, and business programs can meet potential mentors, secure internships, and investigate future job opportunities.
Past events have included career and entrepreneurship presentations, information on trends in the biomedical industry, and panel members with companies including:

Undergraduate and graduate students across life sciences, medicine, engineering, computer and information sciences, and business are invited to meet representatives from Arizona biotech and biomedical companies for an exciting free networking opportunity.
Supported by the BIO5 Institute and BIOSA (Bioindustry Organization Southern Arizona), the 2025 Student Industry Networking Event seeks to help U of A students prepare themselves for careers in biosciences industry.
The event will include virtual presentations with industry representatives, as well as in-person networking event the Thomas W. Keating building of the BIO5 Institute.
