Carolina Noreiga is a KEYS student assistant at the BIO5 Institute and a psychology doctoral student at the University of Arizona. She supports marketing and event planning, community outreach, program preparation, and mentorship for the BIO5 Institute's KEYS Research Internship.

She has contributed to updating and redesigning recruitment materials for high school students interested in the 2025 program. She collaborates with fellow student assistants and KEYS staff on assignments and program needs, and she helps brainstorm future event ideas and design concepts for student handouts.

Drawing on her background in psychology, mentorship, and student support, she approaches her work with creativity, collaboration, and a focus on enhancing the KEYS experience for incoming interns.

She loves working with the KEYS team and supporting a program that is so rewarding for so many students.
