Helen Wertheim

Helen Wertheim served as President and CEO of Charter Insurance & Risk Financing Services, selling the business in 2009 to a multi-national insurance and risk management firm. 

Since then, Helen has focused on her passion for philanthropy, driven by her desire to promote change that will positively impact the lives of others and her community. 

Helen currently serves on the Presbyterian Health Plan Board of Trustees, Presbyterian Healthcare Services Quality Committee and its Governance Committee, Presbyterian Community Health Advisory Board,  BIO5 Business Advisory Board, Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance Forward Fund Board, the NDI New Mexico Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee, and a member of the International Women’s Forum. 

Wertheim is a proud alumna of the University of Arizona.
