Jordan Pilch is the outreach instructional specialist for the BIO5 Institute’s KEYS Research Internship, supporting curriculum design, student learning, and community engagement across the program.

They serve as the science literacy instructor for the KEYS, developing curriculum and providing academic support to interns throughout the program. They draw on their background in molecular and cellular biology, teaching, and higher education research to inform their approach and create meaningful learning experiences.

In addition to teaching and supporting students, they help strengthen KEYS’ connections with university partners and community audiences through thoughtful outreach and educational engagement.

They enjoy watching interns grow throughout KEYS and acting as a source of support for them during their experience.
