Kacia Nguyen

Kacia Nguyen is a front desk student assistant at the BIO5 Institute majoring in data science and business at the University of Arizona. She supports front desk operations, customer service, and administrative coordination across the institute.

She helps manage BIO5’s front desk by responding to emails, providing information and assistance to visitors, maintaining organized workspaces, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks. Her work helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that researchers, staff, and guests can access the resources they need.

Drawing on her strengths in customer service, multitasking, organization, and problem-solving, she approaches her role with a focus on efficiency, responsiveness, and creating a positive experience for others.

She enjoys supporting students, researchers, staff, and visitors and helping ensure that BIO5 remains a welcoming and well-functioning environment.
