Tamara White is the events and tours coordinator for the BIO5 Institute, supporting event planning, community outreach, and engagement with faculty, researchers, students, and visitors.

She manages BIO5’s events and tour programs, creating memorable and well-coordinated experiences for guests. With expertise in university event planning, she focuses on logistics, communication, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth and impactful events.

In addition to facilitating tours that highlight BIO5’s research environment, she helps connect visitors with the people and programs that shape the institute’s scientific impact.

What she enjoys most about working at BIO5 is discovering how researchers are making a meaningful difference in the community. Each time she guides a tour group into a lab, she learns something new that inspires her every day.
